All Reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit, except reservations for Holidays and special Events require a 50% deposit. An 11% Sales and Hotel Tax will be added to all rentals. All room rates are based on double occupancy. All accommodations are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Any cancellation or changes of reservation must be done a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival date,- No refund for early departure-. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your deposit. A 5% processing fee will be charged on credit card refunds. Reservations for 3 days and less can only be accepted 5 weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations for specific apartments can only be made for a minimum of 3 weeks or more.
